In April 2026 we cut over our main line — (949) 998-2424 — to a 5-option AI IVR running on our production FreeSWITCH cluster. Calls reach a live extension, an AI sales agent, support, voicemail-to-email, or a replay menu.

After-hours coverage went from "voicemail then forgotten" to "AI takes the brief, books a slot, and posts a Slack summary before we wake up." The receptionist handles ~40% of inbound calls without human escalation, and surfaces VIPs (existing clients, recurring numbers) instantly.
